4 types of delays
	propagation(Tprop) - time elapsed from the moment a bit is transmitted till the moment this bit is received
		big problem for interplanetary internet
		new protocol will be more delay-tolerant
	transmission(Ttrans) time elapsed from the moment the 1st bit is sent till the moment the last bit is sent
	end to end delay (Toverall) = Tprop+Ttrans = d/v + L/Rb
	TP = L/Toverall
